Overview and Responsibilities

Holiday Inn Express Germantown, part of the BF Saul Hospitality Group, is looking for a Breakfast Bar Host/ess to join our busy and professional team. At Holiday Inn Express our job is to bring the joy of travel to everyone. The ideal candidate is likely to have has a reputation for delivering great service and being fun to work with, ideally in a hotel environment., with the ability to demonstrate initiative.

 

You will be responsible for preparing and setting up breakfast area, assisting in greeting and seating breakfast guests, clearing and resetting tables in an efficient and courteous manner This position will start out part-time. You must be able to work a varying schedule starting at 5am any day of the week, including Saturday and Sunday and holidays.

Qualifications

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Education:  High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. 

Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Must be customer focused, pay attention to details, and work well with others.  Must be able to perform job duties in a repetitious and fast paced environment. 

Physical:  Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift.  Requires ability to complete physically demanding responsibilities such as walking, standing, carrying, and lifting continuously throughout the shift.
